Subah 7 AM 1 glass gunguna paani + adha nimbu + 1 chamach amla juice
YA: Haldi + kali mirch + adrak kaadha (100ml)
Nashta 9 AM Oats porridge + flax seeds + berries
YA: Moong dal cheela + dahi  |  YA: Sprouts + coconut water + 4–5 badam + 2 akhrot
11 AM Amla / Seb / Papaya YA Coconut water
Lunch 1 PM 1–2 bajra/jowar roti + moong dal + lauki/karela/palak sabzi (no tamatar) + salad + dahi
Haldi + kali mirch zaroor dalein
Shaam 4 PM Adrak chai (no milk) YA Tulsi green tea YA Makhana (4–5)
Dinner 7 PM ⚠️ ANAAJ NAHI – Lauki/Tori soup (haldi zaroor) + Boiled vegetables + Dahi
YA: Sprouts salad + coconut chutney
Raat ko Haldi ka doodh (golden milk) – 1 glass garam doodh + haldi + kali mirch

✅ Kya Khayein (EAT)

  • Haldi + kali mirch (anti-inflammatory)
  • Adrak ki chai (bina doodh)
  • Omega-3: Flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts
  • Palak, broccoli, lauki, karela
  • Amla, seb, jamun, papaya
  • Dahi (plain probiotic), Coconut oil
  • Sprouts, moong dal
  • Lehsun (raw), Nariyal paani

❌ Kya NA Khayein (AVOID)

  • Aloo, tamatar, baingan (nightshade)
  • Alcohol (BILKUL NAHI – psoriasis trigger)
  • Red meat, full fat dairy
  • Gluten (gehun – if sensitive)
  • Processed / junk food, sugar, mithai
  • Cold drinks, packaged juice
  • Deep fried food, spicy masala
  • Soya products (zyada mein)
