🍽️ Din Ka Khana – Meal Plan

Subah 6:30–7:30 AM 1–2 glass gunguna paani + adha nimbu (no sugar) YA Jeera water
Nashta 9 AM Oats daliya (no sugar, dahi ke saath)
YA: Moong dal cheela (2 pc) Β |Β  YA: Sprouts + kheera salad + Green tea
11 AM Ek chota fal (seb / nashpati / papaya) YA Nariyal paani
Lunch 1 PM 1 gehun roti (no ghee) + moong/masoor dal + 2 boiled sabziyan + salad + 1 glass chhas
Shaam 4–5 PM Green tea + Makhana (4–5) YA Kheera + lemon + kala namak
Dinner 7 PM ⚠️ ROTI/CHAWAL NAHI – Lauki/Tinde/Tori soup + Sprouts salad YA Boiled vegetables
Sone se Pehle 9 PM 1 glass warm water YA Haldi doodh (if weight plateau)

  • Lauki, tinda, tori, palak, broccoli
  • Sprouts (moong, chana)
  • Amla, lemon paani
  • Apple, pear, jamun, papaya
  • Green tea, jeera water
  • Oats, brown rice (sirf lunch)
  • Chhas / buttermilk (no cream)
  • Egg white (boiled), salad (bina dressing)

❌ Kya NA Khayein (AVOID)

  • Maida, bread, biscuit, cake
  • Chini / refined sugar
  • Deep fried food
  • Full fat dairy, butter, cream
  • Cold drinks, fruit juices
  • Alcohol, beer
  • Chawal raat ko, sweet fruits (mango, banana)
  • Readymade food, namkeen
