Subah 6–7 AM 1–2 glass gunguna paani | Lemon paani YA Amla juice (bina namak/chini)
Nashta 8–9 AM Oats daliya (bina sugar) + badam + seb
YA: Sprouts + dahi Β |Β  YA: Vegetable oats cheela
11 AM Green tea (bina doodh/chini) YA Coconut water YA Kheera + nimbu
Lunch 12–1 PM 1–2 gehun roti + boiled sabzi (lauki/tinda/palak) + moong dal + kheera salad + dahi
Shaam 4–5 PM Adrak + Tulsi herbal tea YA Makhana (4–5 pieces)
Dinner 7 PM ⚠️ ANAAJ NAHI – Lauki/Tinde/Tori ka soup + Sprouts salad YA Boiled vegetables + Dahi
Raat 9 PM ke baad Kuch nahi – sirf paani
